You can make a difference
We are proud of our Ukrainian patriots who faced down the currupt, Moscow backed, regime of Ukraine. But the Revolution is not over, they still need our help. If you are an American, please contact your Senator and Representatives and ask the following of them:
1. Put pressure on the Ukrainian government to conduct a free and fair election on December 26th.
2. Communicate to the Russian government and urge them to refrain from interfering with the cinternal affairs of the Ukrainian government.
3. Communicate to Russian President Vladimir Putin to remove the Russian special forces that are stationed in the Kiev area immediately.
Call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at (202)224-3121 and ask for your senators' and/or representative's office. Ask the above of them, they represent you and are our public servants.
You can send an email to your Senator [here], but a phone call will be more effective.
Your voice can make a difference!
Editor's note: Two weeks ago, we took up a collection among a group of businessmen and sent it to Ukraine to purchase food, coffee and tea for the demonstrators. Our contact in Kiev had the funds in 36 hours and said it was enough for about 4,000 to get a sandwich and a cup of hot coffee or tea. Don't let this opportunity pass to help democracy in Eastern Europe, do something to make a difference.
